Sake made with three times Koji than the amount normally used as well as ancient red rice. Red rice and rice malt bring out a subtle sweetness and adds a rosy color. Hints of earth and peach, a touch of strawberry, hints of pepper and rose. Similar but with a rose wine feel to it. Again, very vinous and elegant. Lots of complexity and a long finish.
