Wasabi powder 1 cup : water 1 cup. Add this ratio of water and mix well. Change the water volume to adjust wasabi with your favorite thickness.
If the wasabi powder has not fully absorrbed the water, the grains of wasabi will float to the surface when you mix it with soy sauce. To mix the wasabi paste smoothly with soy sauce, mix wasabi powder and water one hour in advance.
