Lovely Junmai Ginjo sake but polished to Junmai Daiginjo level. Round, fruity and fresh with hints of floral aromas; this is elegant and long with a touch of chili spice; lifted, classy and smooth whilst not being overtly boisterous like others of this rice variety.
