Japanese dried sardine powder based Dashi. It has deep flavour and brings out the sweetness of the vegetables.
Add 1 package to 750ml water/hot water to make Dashi soup stock. Can also be used for making Nimono(simmered dishes), flavoured fried eggs, etc.
