Shirataki noodle is made of Konnyaku yam which contains almost no calories, carbohydrates, fat, sugar, protein, or gluten. It can be used for any dishes as it has no flavour its own.
Drain away the liquid, rinse them and parboil for a few minutes to remove smells from the liquid. Then, it can be used any dishes even as the replacement of a pasta.
