For Kake Soba
1. Boil 1L of water and add 100g of "Soba noodle". Watch carefully not to spill out the boiling water. Cook for 4-4.5min depending on your preference in hardness
2. Cool the noodles with water once and then dip in the boiling water again. Add Soba tsuyu for serving.
