Dried Udon noodles from Sanuki, the region renowned for one of the best Udon producing regions in Japan.
<How to cook>
1. Boil 1L of water in a large pot and put 100g of "Sanuki Udon". Mix well.
2. Avoid the spill over by reducing the heat and cook 10-12 minutes depending on your preference.
3. Pour them into zaru and wash with running cold water. Zaru Udon will be ready by serving chilled and Kake Udon will be ready by putting to hot Udon soup.
