"Yukishio", directly translated as snow salt, is taken from Miyakojima where abundand coral leaf is found. Slowly filtered salt water through limestone is concentrated to be crystalized in powder. It tastes a bit of sweatness with tenderness.
Paste onto fish and meat for cooking or add Tempura, Kushiage, or other fried dishes. It also gives the good combination with confectionary products. Recommended to use the portion 3 times as much as normal salt as it contains a lot of air.
