"Matcha Soba" is made from "Sarashina" soba mixed with Matcha, produced in the speciality Matcha house in Uji, Kyoto.
<How to cook>
1. Boil 1L of water in a large pot and put 100g of "Matcha Soba" and mix well.
2. Avoid the spill over by reducing the heat and cook for 4 minutes.
3. Pour them into zaru and wash with cold water. It will be ready after shaking off the liquid.
