"Oyster Soy Sauce"is the highly qualified soy sauce by adding oyster extract and dashi. Ingredients of sugar and mirin makes the taste exceptional and similar salt content with ordinaly soy sauce makes it perfect for any Japanese dishes.
Please dilute by 10-12x for Chawan Mushi and 12-15x for Osuimono. For other dishes, use same as ordinally soy sauce.
