This dried wakame seaweed has fresh crispy texture and is easy to use as already boiled and salted once. It can be used for salad, vinegar dishes, miso soup, ramen etc.
1. Soak in water for 10 minutes. (It becomes 10 times bigger volume)
2. Drain off it with the strainer.
3. Pour over dressing
