With a blend of two types of rice Miso, dried bonito, kelp and dried sardine, this fresh Miso soup has a good smell and deep flavour. It comes with Wakame seaweed, Fu(dried bread) and green onions.
Put seasoning Miso and fillings into the bowl and pour 160ml hot water.
Seasoning Miso: rice Miso[soy], yeast extract, dried bonito flakes[fish], salt, kelp extract, dried bonito powder[fish], dried sardine powder[fish], alcohol, seasoning (amino acids)
Fillings: Wakame seaweed, Fu(dried bread[wheat]), seasoning granules(dried bonito powder[fish], dextrin, dried sardine powder[fish], salt,dried green onion, seasoning (amino acids), antioxidants (vitamin E), citric acid
