Just pour hot water, you can enjoy thick Udon noodles with deep fried bean curd, rich flavoured Dashi soup. Attached colourful Shichimi brings out the flavour of the Udon.
1. Peel off the lid halfway through and sprinkle the powdered soup onto noodles
2. Add hot water up to the internal line and close the lid for 5 minutes and mix well.
3. Add "Shichimi(seven spices powder)" depending on your preference.
