"Domyoji-ko(powder)" is made of steamed, dried and grounded Mochi rice. Best for use in Sakuramochi(Kansai), Tempura, Botamochi, and Dango.
1. Put "Domyoji-ko" in a microwavable bowl and add 360ml of water.
2. Leave for 20 minutes to soak it.
3. Mix well before microwave for 10-15 minutes.
4. Mix well again after finished cooking.
