DESCRIPTION

Restaurant use red Miso paste with "Dashi" mixed with bonito and kelp.

SERVING GUIDE

For 4 servings
1. Boil 600ml of water in a pot
2. Add toppings you prefer such as Tofu, Onion, Seaweed, Age, and others while boiling.
3. Add 60g of "Akadashi Miso" by mixing and stop heating before boiling. It is important not to boil Miso to make it tasty.
