Yakisoba

It's prepared with egg noodle, some vegetables(cabbage, bean sprout), meat or seafood and flavoured with Yakisoba sauce.  A cup Yakisoba allows you to enjoy it easily.  Aonori(green laver),Beni shoga(red pickled ginger) and Ktsuo bushi(dried bonito flakes) are popular toppings.
