We love organic food :)

~Good for us, good for the environment~

Using fewer pesticides, organic farming is good for the environment.  It protects and encourages wildlife whilst looking after the health of the soil.  Organic farming also releases less greenhouse gases and can significantly reduce your carbon footprint. Containing no agricultural chemicals, organic foods are good for us.  They also have more of the antioxidant compounds linked to better health than regular food with natural taste.

ORGANIC MISO

Miso is produced by mainly fermenting soybeans with salt, rice, barley, or other ingredients.  So you could say that the taste of miso depends on the quality of the soybeans.  Using the finest organically grown soybeans which is needless to say non GM, organic miso results in richer and deeper flavours and an abundance of umami, the fifth taste.  High in protein and rich in vitamins and minerals, miso played an important nutritional role.

ORGANIC TEA

Organic Japanese teas has a fresh tasting and mildly aromatic. Clearspring’s range of the finest organic teas come from careful organic cultivation, special preparation and packing the tea bags in foil directly on the estate. These unfermented teas (except for Oolong) are perfect for drinking either with or between meals. Green tea which contains six times the antioxidant levels of black tea is good for drinking daily.

ORGANIC CRAKERS

Used organic and high quality Japanese ingredients, Clearspring's rice crackers have high standards. They're light, crispy and low in fat without any added sugar, MSG, colourings, preservatives or leavening agents. So they're suitable for snacking without caring negative effect on your body.
